Intensive Care Management Program

The Intensive Case Management Program is for individuals, 16 years of age or older, who are seriously mentally ill, as defined by the Ministry of Health (duration, diagnosis, disability), who live in the District of East Nipissing and require assistance in order to live successfully in the community in one or more of the following areas: daily living skills; emotional coping skills; problem solving skills; and referral and advocacy.

Services can be accessed by self-referral or by referral from a physician or another community agency.  Access to psychiatric services can also be coordinated through our program, but must be referred by a physician.
